Nice! Great furniture and accessories.

For some time now I was looking for a TV cabinet that I saw on someone. With other providers this was a lot more expensive. I came into contact with Ton through the marketplace. He answered my questions in no time and after I ordered the furniture last Thursday, they arrived the day after to deliver it. Delivery was also top. Super friendly / service-oriented employees all. And WOW, what a beautiful piece of furniture. I'm in love! I give a big 5 stars for price-quality and service. Many companies can learn from this. 👍 Thanks and see you next order gentlemen!

Friendly staff and beautiful stuff. What we found a downside: two of our six seats were not neatly finished by the manufacturer. That can happen of course. Although oldwood should have checked this before delivery. Then we had to wait more than 3 months (the delivery time was already 3 months), until these two chairs came in again. What oldwood could have done better in this: - more pressure towards the manufacturer to resolve the issues quickly. (A new term of more than 3 months is not acceptable if you do not deliver your product properly. Then you ensure a quick solution) - more proactive contact with us. While waiting, we sent several emails to oldwood to inquire about the status. We then got back that they would go after it. But then we heard nothing. The after sales can really be better.
