Some time ago bought new table and chairs here. And now our new bank has arrived. Despite the lockdown everything was super organized. Employees are very patient (and I have always called with many questions) and knowledgeable. I can't wait for the store to open again, they keep making me curious on Instagram with new stuff!

We had a great experience at the furniture store in Winkel. We come from the Gooi ourselves, but we don't know one place with so much choice. We succeeded great for a beautiful dining area and were helped very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied. Fam. Zeeman from Huizen

I went to the furniture store in Winkel together with my wife and (single) neighbor because they have nice things there. In itself great help with selecting and ordering. Part had to be paid down and the rest MUST be paid BY PIN on DELIVERY goods to the driver. Great APPOINTMENT so you would think. Clearly indicated to the seller that our neighbor is alone and lives 3 high in an apartment with elevator. No problem, tables and chairs and lamp are delivered to the apartment. (So ​​it was a solid oak table top with metal legs). Quite a bit on the weight. After more than 3 months finally a message that the items will be delivered, but then the invoice had to be paid IN ADVANCE ??? And the driver had to pay by pin, what should the neighbor do now? Then pay in advance and hope that everything will be delivered as agreed. One day before delivery, the neighbor calls to be sure what time they are coming so that she can open the door and the elevator. (she works in shifts at a care home and then you can't just take time off or walk away). She is told by phone that the things will be delivered to just after the door and how it comes up is her problem. Neighbor panicked. I am going to call and after much discussion I get the telephone number of the transport company. Called that and told them that they had just been ordered to bring things upstairs. And that's what happened. Well end well, not so. They had "forgotten" to say that the chairs and table are a kit. The seats are missing the rings under the bolts and the Allen key to tighten the bolts are missing. The table has a different color and wood grain if ordered. The neighbor is calling the company and would like to know how to act now. In itself she also likes this table, but would like compensation for the incorrectly delivered model / color. Answer Home store: color differs due to light in the apartment !!!! and compensation is not done at all. All in all a bad turn of this nice store. But from now on, be clear in your sales pitch and say that it is a kit, that the items are put just past the door and, above all, that payment must be made in advance and not at the driver. Do not say that you did not tell us, we were talking to your salesperson with 3 people. So either all three of us have been deaf or your salesperson failed to tell you something. As for the compensation for the wrongly delivered magazine, I hope you will retrace your steps and meet it as yet. Then I can put this writing as another positive spin

Very very good service! We had ordered a cupboard online that we damaged ourselves when lifting it up. De Woonwinkel has not only actively contributed to a solution, but has even ensured that we have received an updating marker for wooden furniture in the correct color - free of charge.

Top service! Placed an order online with this company last night, delivered today. An employee personally came to drop by as it was nearby. I am very happy with my new lamp :)
