Since a year switched to this pharmacy and I am very satisfied with that. I have two small children so I am often in the pharmacy. They always have everything in stock. Friendly and helpful staff.
1st time: Recipe not ready while dialed in a few days earlier. 2nd time: medicines are not all present. I would still be emailed / called if these were there. This has still not happened after two weeks: a standard medicine (already on the market for 80 years) is still in "subsequent delivery" after two weeks.
Pharmacies and service seem to be two contradictory terms ...
For six months ArtsenApotheek, in one word super !! Especially after its predecessor Apotheek Zuidwest.
They have a 24-hour vending machine outside and they keep an eye on repeat prescriptions and you will be automatically notified. And very friendly
Pharmacist assistant: I can assume that you no longer have children living at home!
Um because? ...... Do I look too old?
Suddenly I don't feel like transferring my data and that of my underage daughter living at home to this new pharmacy.
medicines ordered, would be on day x, they are not there and order is not to be found! Then also a blunt comments and in no way helpful. Finally, she goes against doctor's advice (recipe) too! ("you will not use that anyway")
