Last week the 6 wooden chairs that we have strengthened and make come back. Unfortunately, 3 out of 6 seats did not meet our expectations at all. In 2 of the 6 seats the missing cross beams were not replaced and in the other seat even the broken slat in the seat was not repaired, so there is still a hole in the seat. In the meantime, a chair wobbles, which at first glance seemed to be well repaired, again. When we reported that we would absolutely not pay the agreed amount since our seats did not meet the agreed conditions, there was a threat of calling the police and the gentleman would still let us pay for it via a collection agency. So do absolutely no business with upholstery company J. Wolters!
