It started well. For example, we had a positive experience of the initial meeting and got the feeling that Smits Keukens was thinking along with us. Unfortunately, we experienced the installation and period afterwards as very annoying. The sales person was not helpful and we felt unheard and taken seriously. After this review we came into contact with the owner. He took us very seriously and resolved all issues to our full satisfaction. We really appreciated his responsiveness. We have now closed the chapter on kitchen with a good feeling.

Very satisfied. Our new kitchen came into use in September 2019. I was very well advised by the seller and the installation went smoothly, nice employees. Not satisfied with Pilgrim equipment, the dishwasher and hob immediately cures and defects. Smits quickly and neatly resolved it for us. I would definitely go to Smits for my next kitchen, but no more Pilgrim.

Have a beautiful kitchen installed. Friendly mechanics. Improvement point: customers faster contact with news. I sometimes had to call for info. I would have liked it better if the seller had contacted me when an abandoned item would be delivered.
