Shop looks neat and tidy. Reception was okay. We came to orient ourselves. After a tour of the store I saw some nice options. The employee told us that they only work by appointment. But it was. No more. Point. No incentive to make an appointment or any other form of service. No possibility for an exploratory conversation, we even had the drawings with us (store was empty, all the time in our opinion). We got the feeling that we don't quite fit their target group. Entered in some summery outfits (shorts). Nevertheless, we do have something to spend. Missed opportunity. Thank you for the response. Understand your working method and I also understand. As a (spontaneous) showroom visitor, it was unclear to us. Advice for the employee to be a little more active to emphasize this. A colleague with the same method did a lot better and also gave some brochures. Perhaps a tip.

Very satisfied with our kitchen. Super help from Vivian and other employees. Also a compliment for the mechanic Martijn. Really super neatly placed. In short, the best kitchen shop !!

We recently purchased our new kitchen at Rob Woud kitchens. It started well with the beautiful showroom! Vivian Woud then helped us excellently, she drew several designs for us and really thought along with us and helped us through all the choices to be made. And good tips that I would not have thought of myself. The result is a beautiful 3D design and a clear honest and good offer. We were able to make our choice without any pressure. Vivian then made installation drawings for our contractor and communicated with him about this. Martijn has placed the kitchen. You can notice that he has a lot of experience. And also such a pleasant communication! Vivian checked everything after the installation. We are 100% satisfied! And thanks to all service and good communication, the most pleasant and relaxed "part" of our renovation. If we ever need a kitchen again, we will definitely be back!

New kitchen always more "hassle" than expected but thanks to the fantastic thinking and delivering on time (agreement is agreement !!) Every day we are happy with our new kitchen. Vivian, Martijn team and many thanks Michel and Leila
