Zooff

The order took a very long time, whereby Zooff (perhaps due to pressure) communicated little until we asked questions. This caused quite a bit of irritation. The desks themselves, which have now been delivered: Top! firm in the low position, high position a bit unstable, but that's to be expected with the weight of my setup on it. Strange: the hardware (brackets for cables) are located in different places at both desks. Easy to solve (it's just a screw). The delivery was made by two friendly gentlemen, who got the desks along all the banisters with great precision without a bump or scratch.

Beautiful products and with a question I received a response very quickly. Recommended.

Customer service is not tested when things go well, but rather when things go wrong. Something went wrong with the delivery of my desk, so everything took a long time. This has been handled particularly well by the owner, so that I am now enjoying my stuff even more than I would if it had been delivered immediately. Recommended!

I ordered a cupboard from Zooff in March 2019 and it was only delivered at the end of October (7 months later). It was a tiring process because Zooff could not be reached by phone. Although she responded quickly via e-mail, promises were made that they did not keep. "Your cupboard will be 100% in the next delivery" I was told in July. In the end I agreed with Zooff that I would get my money back and that I only had to pay when the cupboard was actually delivered. This did bring back some confidence. The case is beautiful and I am very satisfied with it. I would recommend Zooff to be more accessible by phone and not to put products on the webshop that are only available 7 months later. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has had this problem either. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Zooff, despite the nice stuff.

After 10 years of wind and weather, we have again spent an outdoor lounge sofa at ZOOFF. The 'old' cushions were still in very good condition even after 10 years and we can use them again. Bank was delivered within 8 days and assembled on site. Excellent service
