Nice spot on the canal
One of the old lady/ staff member is rude and not helpful. Was there on a Friday night, and I was asking her to help me to find the right product in the store and she was not even cared enough to help me because she was busy "closing up the store" (it was 6pm and the closing time is 8pm). And then she talked behind my back with another staff member "hoping" that I don't understand Dutch. very 'pleasant' attitude

Fake discounts
I was at the door at 5:45 PM, one of the doors was already closed and the door that was "open" was ajar. I wanted to go in as the shop wouldn't close until 6pm. There were 2 ladies at the ticket counter, I was looked at rather unkindly by an older lady. I greeted politely, got no greeting back, and wanted to go in but was kind of stopped. I asked for a product but this lady answered that they do not have it, when asked if she knew where I could possibly buy it, I only got a "no". I think the ladies were really looking forward to closing the shop and going home instead of staying open for another 15 minutes as it should be. If I was allowed in I would probably have bought other things, but forgiven chance;)
