Small store. Doesnt have the same assortment as the bigger store's. Most of the times a grab and miss.

The blokker staff are friendly and assisted me to exchange the purchase smoothly. The staff are not familiar with the products especially electronics, and difficult for expat customers to get the information. I had ordered vacum cleaner had to change it twice due to lack of knowledgeable sales staff. The websites are all in Dutch and gets difficult for expats

The lady who would not give me her name was very rude to me and my child when we tried to return a item that we purchased from her store. She would only take it if we purchased something else from her store which I would if they had more of a selection. Since they did not have the item we wanted she would not take the return and was very rude about it. Would recommend shopping at another store if blokker treats customers this way.
