Worst customer service ever found... quality and prices don’t match, so you probably won’t buy anything from there. But if you enter once you will understand why it’s always empty and now one goes in! Terrible atmosphere.

Horrible! You truly feel unwelcome in this store!

Bought a cup which is beautiful and reasonable price.

We were looking at a product. We asked the shopkeepers some questions about it. They gave us answers, but in the end we didn’t buy it because we were not 100% convinced about the quality. We told them we wanted to think a little more about it the potential purchase. Then they chased us away from the shop saying “shoo shoo!!,” as we were some animals (my friend got actually physically pushed by the shopkeeper) and made gestures that they were happy that they managed us to leave the shop. What kind of customer service is this?! Who treats his/her customers in such a rude and impolite way? The shop owners named us Chinese and clearly didn’t mean it as a compliment (we are actually not all from China). So it you are a tourist in de Pijp area and you want to have a good time, you better avoid a visit to the Viareggio store. Have never been treated like this by anybody and am shocked by the disgusting behaviour of the shopkeepers of Viareggio.

I don't want to put the star even one. I was treated very badly, I don't say that very badly, it's true. And people REALLY bad. We took a look and found a bag that I wanted to understand how big the bag was for me. But for me it was a bit 'big. I said "I think about it a bit '," he answer me "nyah hello hello" and pushed me with that word. After "uuuuuuuuu GO VIA CHINESE !!!" We cannot say so and if it is Chinese. Too bad that really bad and NEVER seen so bad people in my life. Haha CONGRATULATIONS. He said that "bye bye" and the name of the store is like Italian, which we hope are not Italian.
