I have been coming to Foodies for a few years. I love the chef-prepared gourmet food for takeaway. Sometimes I get it heated to eat now, sometimes I get it cold and heat myself later at home. Sometimes I put it in a fancy dish and pretend I made it myself. The ingredients are the best and freshest. The dishes are healthy and creative, with lots of vegetarian choices, usually 2 different fish, a chicken and beef or other meat. Then choose 2 side dishes from the fresh salads and veggies. A newer addition is the "street food" menu. This is very creative vegetarian tacos, burritos, or bowl with a choice of 3 or 4 different vegetarian fillings, with all the toppings, sauce, guacamole, this is real comfort food. I get the feeling that the food is made with love.

Creative, authentic and delicious food. And you can‘t even call the vegan dishes an option, there are plenty of choices. We had tacos for take-away and it was a real experience assembling and eating them at home. We‘ll definitely go there again. And the owner and staff were lovely. They also sell wine by the bottle with a pretty nice looking line up of international producers.

I’m not one to usually leave a review but this place is legit. They have really good vegan options; it’s been a while since I felt this much joy from eating a rice bowl. The guacamole was made fresh in front of my eyes and was some of the best I’ve tasted. Staff were friendly too ☺️
