Must say, simply the best pizza I've had (many, many times) in Amsterdam! Only high quality products used, the dough is fantastic.. just soo much taste
The menu is simple and straight to the point, no fuss. The ingredients are of great quality and the 2 guys who work there (they cook and do the service) work with passion. The dough of the pizza is cooked to perfection and is not too salty, you can really feel the fresh baked dough. I absolutely loved it! The place is quite small (better to book in advance) only 2 people work there so it's understandable. Highly highly recommend it!
These guys know how to make a good traditional Pinsa! Well done
