Excellent service and high quality bed. Delivery was easy and efficient and found a solution to get the bed in our room due to our typically Dutch staircase. Frank was extremely personable and English was no problem. Would highly recommend this shop and service.
Great attention and just price
2 people were hanging the baubles around 5.30pm. the third was washing the cups, everyone continued what he / she was doing. incomprehensible that you treat customers like that
At SlaapTijd we received good and honest advice about which bed would suit us best, while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. Agreements are all strictly adhered to and no questions remain unanswered. The bed was assembled quickly and professionally upon delivery.
Thanks to the advice of Frank and his colleague, we have our bed personalized to our liking and we have absolutely no regrets. A beautiful bed which is wonderful!
Bad service and smart attitude from owner. Emailed and called several times in response to the status of delivery. Not heeded. Picked up the stuff yourself. Owner only helpful if extra money is put on the table. You will never see me take a step in this store again.
