Dear manager of Vincentius Vught, I want to say this anyway. Today, Saturday, November 28, I came at 3:55 PM to drop off stuff, including beautiful clothes, toys, very suitable for December, and other beautiful things. The gate was already closed on the left and almost on the right. The employee met me with the message, you are just too late ... I indicated that I only came to deliver something, but "pointing to his watch" and saying, it is 1 minute before 4 pm we are closed, it was ready. (Afterwards in my car it turned out to be 3:55 pm via the atomic clock.) He did not bother to receive the things and with the remark, "we are open all day, eh" closed the door on me. As if everyone has the whole day off on Saturday. I own a business and work more than 10 hours a day for 7 days, and have rushed to get there on time to let other people enjoy this stuff during this difficult time. So this comment went completely wrong for me. Very customer unfriendly and absolutely no commercial move. With a heavy heart because of this incident I also "flickered" the things directly in the container ("excuse le mot"). I am not used to this from you, usually the employees come up with carts to take the goods. I am very thinking along, but this was such a shocking experience for me that I will certainly not bring any more things to you in the future. Hopefully other recycling companies will be happy with our older items. Pity...
