Good service so far. When I bought our bed, I later saw the same bed being offered cheaper. Neatly got the difference back. After almost three months the mattress was still too hard. Exchange was possible. This settlement is still ongoing.
Forwarded by another home improvement store where we were greeted.
Full of hope, we arrived at Hartog Wonen. Upon entering we saw that they had a lot of beautiful interior, beautiful accessories and the store was very nicely decorated.
What we personally thought was very rude was that we were not even greeted. There was a lady behind the desk, she looked at us and said nothing.
A bit further on this happened again at another seller.
We can imagine that it is difficult to find a balance between appealing to visitors too much or not at all. But greeting doesn't hurt. We were the only ones in the store.
We were very well helped by René van Vugt with choosing a nice set of furniture and a corner sofa. All the time was taken for us and enthusiastically thought along with our wishes. Unfortunately, a long delivery time on the furniture, but that is force majeure. Have every confidence that it will be okay
