Very unprofessional behavior. DO NOT BUY from this company. I had ordered laminate on 27th September from their website. Immediately got confirmation over the mail regarding my order but when after 10 days product was not delivered I tried to get in touch with the customer care but the number on their website was incorrect. Tried to find the correct number from its parent company where they informed that order will be delivered on 9th October. But the delivery guy didn't show up & next day I was informed the laminate was damaged by the courier company. Now I was given a new date 15th October to get the delivery of laminate. And again on that day I didn't get delivery. Upon which I asked for refund on 18th October. After messaging them & reminding them for the refund amount, I finally got the amount refunded on 12th November. As a customer I would atleast expect timely response but in this case everyday I had to message them to get my refund amount for 20 days.
