Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I came to get a package and the older man behind the counter didn't even bother to search properly. He doubted whether the package was there and then I showed him in the Post NL app that it had been delivered. Then he asked for the not home message from Post NL, but I have never had to take that with me. Because I did not have that message with me, he did not want to help me further, while the Post NL app contains the same information. I had to drive home not to get the message at home. When I arrived afterwards I was helped by another employee and I didn't even have to show the home message !!! Very annoying experience with this gentleman, in any case I hope never to have to come again.

Nice big shop, with many nice products. Always looks neat. of course it helps that there are friendly staff who are happy to help you.
