Staff change quite a bit here. Always strange faces and one employee is more customer friendly than the other. In general, I have good experiences, but you are not always helped immediately when you are at the checkout and the employee is still working on something else (topping up, tidying up, etc) Not everyone is as expert in their advice or answer to a question. But I like having a branch nearby so I don't have to go downtown.
Terrible Service from saleswoman Manuella (29 Dec 2019 -1: 04: 49pm on ticket - transaction 01030216) - I have been a customer for years and have never had such a poor service. The saleswoman forgot to request my account when making the payment and I kindly told her and she said "don't mind, that happens automatically". I asked her what happens automatically if she doesn't even have my data ?! She said it's my job to give my account number ... she said this in a very arrogant way & treated me like a stupid person .... so a person shouldn't be in a store!
Very unfriendly staff .... when I asked for something, I was treated unscrupulously by the lady in question (by the way, several unfriendly ladies can be found in this establishment, but they stood out with shoulders). Or I could not read what was on the price / advice card. Order it online or go to one of the branches in the city.
Definitely worth peeping in
5 minutes before closing time you are no longer allowed to ask anything but you are treated rude, come back tomorrow. Total absence of customer friendliness and then wondering why people are increasingly buying online.
