The store offers nice things but the attitude of the owner not acceptable. I already had chosen a ring and earrings, and wanted to see a match necklace but the owner told me in a very unfriendly way that she had somebody on the phone and walked away.
We used to love this store, we love bunzlao , but we won’t come here anymore because of the attitude from the owner. She was also very rude to our family member, and I’ve decided to rather go somewhere else...

Poor service and rude staff. The store is pretty full of all things. I accidentally dropped a mug (15 EURO !!!).
Well, I came to pay for this. After apologizing three times, there was only '' yes..yes '' from the employee and no compromise or nothing, while if you have a shop, things can really go wrong (especially if it is so close to each other).
After I said that I did not think it was okay that I did pay the full blow, the employee answered 'Well, ma'am, I will not come to your house to destroy things and you have to go to the insurance give up.''
Dropping a mug, okay, but the way these ladies dealt with it, with absolutely no understanding, bad thing, bad service and so to be treated, no for me never again to this bad store
