We are very happy and satisfied with our new kitchen. We could not have completed this process without Roger. The service provided by him on behalf of I-Kook is extraordinary. He advised us throughout the whole process and managed our expectations from day one. Resulting in an amazing kitchen; that, on top of everything else, the kitchen was also delivered before the expected delivery date.

Lousy ball tent! Warranty to the door. Clamp sink has come loose with the result that water has run under the sink and has affected the worktop, we can exchange the sink but the worktop is not covered by the warranty! Not top quality! Never again I-Kook ... ball tent!

Satisfied with our new kitchen. Not everything went smoothly. The extraction was delivered defective, it was exchanged without difficulty, although this took longer than hoped for (2 weeks) and during the process it was not clear how long this would take. Had a problem with drainage, which was eventually resolved. Here, communication could have been a bit more customer-oriented, since we were promised something (after asking several times what exactly would be delivered) from which it turned out that another part had been ordered, despite consultation about this. Hence the number of stars I give because of this. We eventually resolved this ourselves (in consultation with I-kook). Then they settled the amount properly. The kitchen itself and its quality is certainly to your liking!
