Terrible customer service. We ordered a lounge set and a cover at the end of May. We were told that we would have our (showroom) lounge set within 2 weeks and they’d call within the week to inform us when it would be delivered. No one ever called. We attempted to get anyone on the line and only the sales line picked up. They informed us they would have someone from the delivery desk call us back. They never did. Finally, after calling for 3 days straight with no answer, I cycled in and asked to be helped in person. I told the man helping me that no one was answering the phones at the delivery desk. The man called from the store line and nobody picked up for him. When we walked upstairs there was someone sitting directly in front of the phone, simply ignoring it’s ringing. The lounge set was delivered 2 days later with an extra cushion and no cover. From that moment forward it has been a never ending story of calling the store, having no one pick up the service phone line, calling the sales desk and being told we will be called back within the week. It’s now 3 months later and we still have no cover to protect our lounge set. My husband finally called last week and was told he can come in to retrieve the cover. I would never recommend anyone to shop at this store. Truly horrendous customer service from the moment you hand them your money.

Super garden furniture store, with the higher segment. Also jacuzzis. And the coffee is free 😁

After 6 months of waiting, we finally received the jacuzzi. A super nice Christmas present, which was significantly delayed by Covid-19! But more than worth the wait! Such a luxury! Thanks to Marcel Spork for the good service and the cooperative attitude!
