We are really more than super satisfied with this store. The staff is super friendly and patient, they don't stick to you, they give very good text and explanation. Have a mega good service. The prices of the chairs are quite low, these electric chairs are much more expensive at most stores. Our seat arrived earlier than expected. Had come in on Tuesday and the day after it was already in our living room, you normally never get a piece of furniture brought home that quickly. Truly a store to go back to. Really advise anyone who wants to have a recliner to go to this store. They really have more choice. If you can't find a recliner there, I don't think you can find one anywhere.

More than two years ago bought two seats. Must say that he knows well what the customer needs, but .. After 11 months had a seat so much leeway in the ashes that we have filed a complaint. He has come to look beautiful and has brought a chair. Later we are told that this would come through our move. Which is completely unjustified, because then he also had some play. We get to hear the following. It is stipulated in Dutch law that the burden of proof for warranty claims lies with the consumer after 6 months. In other words, we must be able to demonstrate that it is a defect of the product and that there is no external cause. Here he rests, so we have to pay the repair ourselves. After this I have turned on the Consuwijzer. Eventually he comes to arrange with a courtesy and leaves it as an exception under warranty. After 5 weeks we finally returned our repaired armchair. In any case, a good ending.
