Bikes in Groningen is a fantastic store! The owner is very kind and patient, and encouraged me to take as many bikes for a test-ride as I would like. He listened to my feedback, and helped me select the perfect bike. Very friendly, personable, and helpful staff. I would give this shop a 6/5 if possible, and will be recommending it to everyone looking for a bike!!

Nothing but 5 stars! Very friendly and fast service. I just needed small nut and they checked and fixed whole bike and didn't ask anything in return. Highly recommended bike store.

This is the best bike store I have ever been to! The staff is always so kind, and the owner is honest and helpful in assisting you in your search of your perfect bicycle. I even had a repair that was needed and the owner went very out of his way to make sure my repair was done in a timely fashion. To top it all off, you are supporting a local business. I would highly recommend this being the place you buy your bicycles in Groningen!

Very nice and helpful. Fixed a seemingly hard (for me) but actually simple problem in 3 minutes. Didn't ask for money. Got a clear explanation of the problem, and how I could fix it myself later. Perhaps the best bike shop I've been to so far!
