Telefonisch zeer slecht te bereiken. Uiteindelijk na een aantal keren te hebben gebeld.....toch contact gekregen. Afpraak werd eenzijdig opgezegd. Door een ICT fout was er sprake van een dubbele boeking. Echt heeeeeel amateuristisch.
