Calling the store means having a lot of patience, a very long queue and people don't listen properly! When ordering and delivery it was not communicated that you are expected to help yourself. This could have saved a lot of frustration. I was at home, but at work. Just opening the door so that they can put something in the hallway is a bit different from walking along and replacing the place of a second delivery person. Apart from that, he also seemed a bit surprised when I said I was working. Special. The delivery person indicated that there was a shortage of people. Something I would have understood if I had been told this before they came to deliver it. Because maybe it won't work out. So in my case. The delivery person is therefore sent out haphazardly. This is really not okay and have filed a complaint where they are on the defensive by bringing up the proceedings. Bad thing!

what a bad web store this is! December 13, 2020 a coffee table ordered still not received. And if you call or email them, they will not respond.

What started with 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' became 'Ordered today, delivered 2 weeks later'. On the 1st delivery (the day after ordering, 4 chairs) half of my product was delivered incorrectly. With the 2nd order (2 chairs), one of the chairs had a crack. At the 3rd order (1 seat), there was another crack in the seat. In the 4th order it was finally good. In addition to the above, you must hand in the wrong products at a PostNL collection point. With some wrong deliveries + the heavy products, this is not ideal. I will not order here anymore.
