I ordered an oak wall shelf (blind suspension) on January 7, 20 and it would take 2 weeks. Called at the end of January, not ready yet, can happen. Mid-February still nothing. At the end of February I had a call that it was ready, I arrive there to pick it up, it appears that another suspension has to be placed because of the depth of the shelf. (driven for free) So called after the first week of March, shelf is not ready yet due to illness colleague (also possible, I am sorry) and then came the Corona crisis. Then I understand that everything is difficult, but I still waited 3 months before the crisis broke out. Okay, we wait quietly. Called a month later, no contact, so recorded. No message back, not on the phone, not on mail. Called again in early May and I had to speak again. No response back. I've done that three times so far and now it's June. Júni ... I have been waiting on one board for 5 months now, and I no longer receive any reactions. I'm very disappointed.

Our customized table was delivered today. The table has become beautiful, but also the service and delivery times were very good. Questions were answered quickly every time and the staff is very friendly. A great company to work with!

We had ordered boards, these are completely to your liking! Very nice service, easily accessible (quick reply via e-mail, for example) and they think along in solutions. In this case, an incident with DHL. In short, we are more than satisfied!
