Not very customer friendly and delivery time much longer than promised. They promised a delivery time of 3-4 weeks but it actually turned out to be 7 weeks for the countertop, and then another 3-4 weeks for the backsplash! We paid for a delivery and installation package but it's terrible. They delivered the heavy stone countertops and just dropped it in front of the lift (even though they fit in the lift) and refused to help bring it to the apartment. The countertops are very heavy and large so this was extremely unfriendly of them, perhaps even deceitful since they didn't mention this when we ordered - we were promised a home delivery. They also do not deliver and install the counter on the same day, so then you have to wait even longer for the installation. When they install, they do not connect the sink or stove, they only place the countertop on the kitchen and glue it in place. In the end, countertops looked nice but overall they were not very customer friendly, they didn't do what they promised, and I would not recommend them.

What a good and easy company, super service and above all good quality MDF worktop, compliment to myself in terms of measuring, that is important but as before in a rewiev, there was 110 euros delivery costs, but that is 60 euros for plastic sheet. In short, a very good company and service and also affordable.

Very nice to look in the showroom, do not put pressure on you is very relaxed. They give a lot of choice and good information there. In short, a must.
