After purchase, the company does not respond to anything anymore. Money is in, we don't do customer service. Bought a do it yourself container conversion here. What a disaster plan that is. Not at all clear description, 10 steps are skipped in the explanation and drawings. It's that I'm pretty handy and I get out eventually. However, not everything is properly tailored, so she herself has to improvise a bit to put it together. I complained about this, but there is no response at all. Container casing is not secured between the walls at the front with a steel connection, as is the case with other conversions. That is why the conversion is quite rickety. When you open the door, everything is immediately skewed, you have to put this back every time. Asked for advice about gas springs, no response. They do not respond by email and do not answer the phone. My advice is, do not buy container conversion here, moderate quality, poor service, especially if it is negative you will not be helped (I have also read this in other reviews).

Container conversion DIY package ordered. Everything neatly tailored. Only the info regarding the delivery could be better. 1 day in advance a message on WhatsApp that it will be delivered. No time or anything else. That can be a little earlier and more specific!

Today I picked up the container conversion DIY, neatly helped everything to size. Top couldn't be better. Who knows until next time.
