Neat reception and good handling
Wait for 4.5 months for a coffee table set! After 2 months the wrong ones were delivered, which I can keep (but I did not order it, so I do not want to keep it). Should now have the right salon set or at least know something about the delivery, but still don't know anything.
If I knew that I had to wait so long for this salon set, I would never have placed my order.
according to the website available in stock and deliver on Tuesday. not because the seats were not in the right warehouse. made a new appointment for today. Neat confirmation including track and route, home day T&T did not announce a shipment. it appears that they never arrived at DHL because there was no more room in the bus so delivery can only be tomorrow. Let's hope they do the cancellation well.
I bought chairs from Yels in mid-October. Initially an expected delivery time of 2 weeks. I was informed that this would unfortunately be 6 weeks. No problem! In mid-December I got a call with the announcement that the seats were available again. December 19 they would be delivered at home ... Meanwhile we are three weeks further and I still do not have the chairs. Really true ridiculous! And meanwhile every time promises about delivery dates "now it's okay" ... "tomorrow they will be delivered at home". Also appointments that are not respected with regard to callback or mailing ... Dramatic handling with the customer!
Product turned out not to be in stock even though there were 8 pieces available on the website. Then empty promises were made that were not kept. There is also no solution for a solution. Pity
