The first sofa we ordered here was damaged on arrival. The leather, the steel frame and the torn bottom cloth. For this JTW sent a party who has rectified this. Anyway, you don't expect this with a new product for that money. The second sofa we ordered here has had a considerable delay, and when unpacking it at home it turned out to be the wrong sofa. This went wrong when ordering (4 months before delivery) it turned out later. JTW made no effort at all to let us leave the house satisfied. We were given the options: keep this sofa (if we wanted to, we would have ordered it), buy the showroom model for the new price (and made it clear that they actually did not want to sell it), or order the sofa again and therefore again 4 months to wait. So no compensation at all. That was the second and last time for us. We do not recommend JTW.

We had a very bad experience with our couch at Jansen Totaal Wonen. Service & warranty is simply not available, even if you have taken out an All in House insurance together with the purchase. We have had a conversation with Jansen Totaal Wonen for several years, often sent from pillar to post, unfortunately without result. Never again a purchase in this store for us!

Friendly help in the store, delivered earlier than agreed, super nice! Delivered today, I live 1 high, the men have set up the sofa upstairs in exchange for a cup of coffee! Super happy with these deliverers!
