A very nice webshop with friendly and helpful staff. I have now ordered twice with them since I am living in Holland. Delivered quickly both times and I am very satisfied with the competitively priced products. I will keep an eye on them.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! I will never shop here again! I received a damaged BBQ after they confirmed it was in perfect condition. They are now ignoring all of my messages. This is against consumer protection laws. I will be taking legal action against this terrible company!

It is you ask yourself! I had ordered a product from the webshop. On delivery it turned out to be something completely different. After contacting me by email, I received a return label. I immediately returned it a day later. Then I received an email if I do not return the wrong product, will my ordered product not be delivered? Excuse me. I had already handed it in at a dpd service point when in the evening I received a tracking number again and received a gift product because of the misunderstanding because it was not complete. 2 days later finally part 1 of the ordered product arrived and 1 day later part 2 that was completely correct and looked good super happy with it. After my email with the above text, the same gift was still sent in full. I am going to buy something at trend24 no longer customer-friendliness needs attention the delivery could have been delivered incorrectly as a 2-3 week delay. Then there is a risk of not sending the right product after delay and incorrect delivery while it was already at the service point but the return label still had to be scheduled in the wrong way. Distribution needs attention. In the end it was still neatly handled and they did their best for it in the end, but it did give me a stomach ache.
