Very bad pharmacy with lying and prejudiced employees.

Bad pharmacy
A lot of medication out of stock
Always get bills that have already been paid by the health insurer
So called they must have a code, but the health insurer and the GP do not know anything about it
And the health insurer says everything has already been paid for
They just want to earn double
We have already experienced this with multiple medications
And they don't help but just send bills
Super good service no waiting. Definitely recommended, the staff does their very best!
Withhold inventory and only release it 8 months later. In the meantime, the drug is 5 months past date. Error after error. Often at least an hour of waiting time. Locker with cures. Etc.
You always have to wait a long time, even if no one is there for you. There are 6 counters and rarely more than one or two are occupied, while there is a lot of staff around. The information about the servo locker regularly goes wrong. Sometimes you get two takeaway messages, while there is only one time and sometimes you get a takeaway message when you have not ordered anything or after you have already picked up the order. . I have never experienced such a slow pharmacy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, so that deserves a 5; hence it has become a three, otherwise it would have been a one.
