Was very unfriendly and rude to the door, because I had a shopping cart.
From the office behind the shelves I already heard mutually calling, running running running ... grab Dr.
I understand that this is almost impossible to do in the much too small shop with trolley. However, I had a reason for that. my pram is broken, had a 2.5 month old baby in the maxi cosi and, given my pelvic instability, only used a shopping cart to relieve my back.
Mrs. Van Kruidvat did not intend to grab it or help me when I indicated that I could not lift the baby.
Well she said rules are rules. Now out of the store.
Moved to the old location of the flower shop on December 20, 2020 and now larger and clearer than at the old location. The shopping cart no longer has to wait outside due to lack of walking space. Now also 2 self-scan cash registers.
Finally spacious corridors (just moved) and neatly sorted.
Great store
No good service you ask something everyone gets angry they don't take you seriously and you don't get an answer to your question they don't help customers better you close
I asked what an MV they they completely yes that we do not I they I ordered it and they must pick it they no nothing of it and went away !!!!
Ordered on the internet but paying the promotion one and getting two, something went wrong with it. I should have pressed 2 bottles so I only got one
No problem and solved at the checkout by a nice saleswoman.
The store is somewhat small but they are not the only ones that are tight. We are only hoping that these problems will be solved by expanding the shopping center
