Bought some stuff yesterday at another branch, including two deodorant rollers. When I got home I saw that one of the deodorant rollers is broken at the bottom. today did some shopping in the shopping center of Wateringen and I went along the Kruidvat for the broken deodorant roller. The employee indicated that it will be exchanged and had to wait for the manager. When the manager came she said it is not possible to exchange because I may have dropped the deodorant roller. Dear unfriendly manager, if I dropped it myself I wouldn't come by. you can have some faith in your fellow human being so that people can trust you too. Contacted Kruidvat and I was allowed to get a new one in other branches.

It is usually a nice, well-arranged store. Unfortunately, almost no cash registers are opened when it is really busy, only when the line is near the back of the wall. The promotion and brochure offers are often placed on the shelves and sold the night before. So the next day you can speak of happiness if you happen to need something. The photo service collaboration could be a little better. We had ordered photos online, and were informed that they had arrived. When we were informed by e-mail that the photos were in the store, I went there 2 days later. Unfortunately, the photos were not there yet, the relevant employee said. I do not know where this error is or is, but it is a pity. If they coordinate this better, this saves a lot of hope. Certainly in this busy December time. For the rest I am really nice to talk to, you have something or something everywhere. Happy Holidays! 🎄

If there is something on offer (with the sign in front) you can go and prove it yourself - so I get the sign - and then I still didn't get it for that price. Not true> boy behind the counter not friendly or understanding at all.

Yesterday I witnessed a woman with a headdress being accused of her child by the branch manager. The branch manager said to an 8 year old child I think you stole a roll of candy show your bags! The child didn't steal anything and the branch manager didn't even say sorry !! Shame on you deeply. I helped the woman to file a complaint with an anti-discrimination agency. Name your deeply branch manager
