Had a nurse from the ZHAS at my house today. Very nice that she had plenty of time to answer my questions. The injection was painless. I would definitely recommend the ZHAS. Lovely caring people on the phone as well as the nurse. Grateful that I can make use of this.

What a nice service-oriented organization. Receive prompt care after registration by my doctor. Very friendly people on the phone and an experienced nurse at my place. It is great that this service is still offered for free at this time.

My review is about the ZHAS (South Holland Pharmacy Service) where mr. Oosterveld is the director of. My father receives a monthly injection from a nurse from ZHAS (unfortunately I don't know her name). He kindly asked the ZHAS nurse to put on a pair of blue shoe covers that he had arranged himself. The nurse arrogantly shot her leg in the air and thought that my father should put the blue cover on her shoe. And also when he left he had to take off the blue shoe cover in the same way. Hereby I must report that it is a sick man, who is receiving chemotherapy and is so weak by the courses that he can hardly stand bending / kneeling to perform such an operation. He is currently extremely vulnerable. I then file a complaint with the operational manager of Zhas Elvira Sluiter. After a conversation with the nurse in question, Mrs Sluiter believes that I should start the conversation with the nurse myself and she literally tells me that she cannot do anything because she hears two different stories. The nurse has of course denied the situation. I am not being heard or taken seriously by Mrs Sluiter. When I inquire about the complaints procedure of Zhas and the complaints committee, she indicates that both do not exist! And they have never received any complaints so far, these are literally her words. (While when I google Zhas and complaints, multiple complaints appear). I have also been unable to find any information about a complaints / disputes committee on the Zhas website. Very strange, as far as I know, every healthcare institution must have one. I do not know what is worse, that a nurse / healthcare professional treats her patient with disrespect, or that her supervisor does not take a complaint about this seriously. I would greatly appreciate it if my complaint appears in their personal files with a warning. Such behavior should not be tolerated, and certainly not in healthcare, and we must prevent this nurse from continuing to do this with multiple patients, and for this it is important that her immediate supervisor does not allow this and takes complaints seriously. I hope that Mr. Oosterveld does respond to the situation and intervenes as it should.
