This week we went to this store for advice on reupholstering several old seats that we have inherited and are of great emotional value to us. Super professional professional who spoke to us and the price was acceptable. Sorting of material was huge, but we had enough time for that; no pressure from hasty seller. In addition, we could immediately buy a nice matching box. WE rate RE-RI very positively !!!

What a crazy bad customer service!
Some time ago I had to do a job where I needed material to cover a seat, I asked on the phone for furniture upholstery foam (I couldn't think of another name at the time) the lady on the phone reacted very arrogantly when she heard that I wanted to coat something myself. And pretended she didn't know what I was talking about. I then explained it clearly, but the lady in question continued to respond as if she didn't understand. three weeks earlier I had received (through a friend) a piece of foam that he had from ReRi! It is also possible to respond a little professionally!
If you don't want to help anyone, at least offer an alternative. or immediately say what it says. but I blame you for this cranky response
I had an antique chair that was in need of a major makeover. The woodwork itself was nicely restored and the upholstery was left to the professial. The chair has become a gem. Thank you Reri.
