Excellent service, very agreeable prices for the quality they sell.
Littlebit expensive but nice quality
The banks that you buy here for a lot of money revisit like crazy and collapse in no time. Do not!
Very disappointed....
When collecting my furniture, the € 100 cash deposit was lost. It takes a week to call to get it back. Not really professionally resolved.
After less than 6 months, the sofa collapsed and a repair company had to come to re-tension the fabric and pad the cushions.
€ 90.00 spent on matching decorative cushions. See for yourself what they look like in the photo. Completely covered in fluff, bumpy and wrinkled. According to Pronto “the consequences of normal daily use”. Even the € 4.99 cushions from IKEA hold up even better.
Pronto customer service can only be reached by email. They can also mean nothing to you in the store. To resolve? Ho but.
All in all, very disappointed. At the sale everything is cake and egg, well served and nicely told. However, the quality is downright poor and customer service is difficult to reach and does not come up with solutions. In doing so, Pronto violates consumer legislation.
