After yet another unfriendly treatment looking for a non-BENU pharmacy. My severely demented mother was discharged from the hospital and medicines had to be delivered on a roll. Yet I was later called or could not do otherwise. Because I had no idea what it was about, we went by in the afternoon. Miss wanted to give me loose pills but both the hospital and the care do not want that i.v. responsibility. This seems to be normal. So it is a big question why people are approached for this when it appears that they have filled in carefully in the hospital. Even the health care worker called in the pharmacy, who also indicated that it was customary and they without giving pills. Incidentally, one could no longer deliver on time so my mother was without medication. We even got the blame for not caring for my mother. That is a slap in the face given the heavy informal care (also my mother-in-law) that we provide. There is one lady who we have known for a long time who is extremely nice and sweet. But it unfortunately does not outweigh the very unpleasant experiences with others.

General practitioner prescribed a prescription, but 1 choice brand. During the 4 times pickup I could get it like that. Now it is not reimbursed afterwards. Never alerted by pharmacy or doctor. Very bad! Now also no longer in stock and has to wait a month, cure can of necessity not be completed.

Since this is a Benu pharmacy, the service has deteriorated. Medicines are often not available or come in several small deliveries that you have to come back for. On Saturday you can only pick up medicines and order nothing. And the online repeat service has been discontinued.
