Friendly staff who want to go the extra mile to give you good customer service. In our case, a discounted new EDOX watch from the display case turned out to no longer work. Despite the fact that this watch was discontinued and was discounted, the watch was nevertheless sent to the factory and made sure it was made running again. What great service. were very happy with it.

Have to realize that they are there for the customer, not the other way around. Went to have a battery replaced in my watch, literally 2 minutes of work. I was expected to leave my watch and make a second trip the next day to pick it up again. Ever heard of working customers with limited time? Arrogance at its best.
