My issue with with this place is that the receptionist decides if the problem requires a doctor. I was refused an appointment after calling every day. The only option was to wait a week even though my issues were urgent. I ended up being admitted to hospital in the meantime for two weeks. My father in law called on a Friday morning with complaints of severe chest pains. He was told it could wait until after the weekend. Early the following morning, he was found outside the supermarket as they were opening up. He'd had a stroke and hit his head, unable to move. He was admitted to hospital and then spent weeks in rehabilitation. These are just two of several incidents. I've had to go to hospital for treatment on more than one occasion after being refused appointments by the receptionist at this centre. Luckily, the nearby hospital was very receptive and willing to see me. These incidents occurred over a period of two or three years. I informed the practice about it but I didn't see any change. I hope there will be some improvement one day, as failure to deal with an issue can lead to serious consequences for the patient.

Very unkind and rude assistant on the phone. Ultimately opted for a different GP.

What a fucking assitant on the line this morning. No place what do you mean .... you pay for the GPs and she is not a doctor and decides whether or not you can go. What are they talking about.
