Outstanding communication with customers and really helpful staff. I walked in thinking about new ideas and left with a new kitchen design in hands. Harry is an excellent salesman and did all the best to help me on getting my new kitchen in place. I went to other shops and they didn't even bother asking what I was looking for.

Pros: 1. The people in the store are very knowledgeable about kitchen furnitures and appliances 2. Sometimes they put out these free food samplers around lunch time. Cons: 1. Very salesman like atmosphere and interaction. 2. Not honest about their sales. They tried to pressure me into buying something by saying that their "special" sale would end soon. Turns out, they just change the name of the sale the next week with the exact same discount. 3. Not upfront with the cost of the individual items. I had to ask repeatedly to see a list of the items and their prices on the offer sheet.

Kitchen bought 2 years ago for + - 13000 euros and the wall top was a bit too short. Had to order a new one. I thought let's use slightly thicker sealant that it doesn't stand out much. I didn't think it was a problem myself. Ordered extra cupboard 1 year later, wrong cupboard arrived after 8 weeks. In the meantime, I visited several times to see how long it will take to find the right cupboard. An excuse every time or in 3 weeks. A year later still nothing received. In the end they stated that it is not available after I got angry. (Afterwards I also received 2 invoices that I had to pay, which also turned out to be an error in the system) In another kitchen shop ordered 6 weeks delivery time. They have called neatly and will be delivered next week.
