My wife and I chose the showroom as they promised (on their website) to supply a kitchen model from a desired kitchen supplier.
Having made two (pre-COVID) visits and discussing extensively with a sales representative... sharing ideas, choosing appliances etc, receiving promises of specific requests, we waited... and waited... and waited some more... over a month in fact, if not more. Once we decided to inquire about the status of our design, we were told that the sales representative did not have any time and we should look elsewhere...
Very frustrating and disappointing...to waste our time like that.
Great kitchen shop! Our wishes are carefully listened to, supplemented with advice and experiences. Quotation clear. After two visits we had the picture and they were better than the competition.
Placement and delivery: great !!! Good professionals, without any residual point.
