The service and customer-friendliness that I have experienced from EasySit Hilversum - and especially from Roel Brouwer - can be called extraordinary. In June last. he helped me with new so-called “clamp backing” for my Stressless armchair and this week with new felt “protectors” for the same armchair. And all for free. Praise for this! 👍💐👏 This shop and in particular Mr Brouwer deserve 5 stars (i.e. not 4, which were incorrectly listed in an earlier post)

What a great service! With great pleasure I have been relaxing regularly on my wonderful Stressless chair with stool for 4 years. I was very disappointed when the pivot pin broke off and the chassis and seat became separate from each other. I bought the chair 4 years ago from Kok Wonen in Putten and this company no longer exists. I contacted Easysit Hilversum / Barneveld by telephone and presented the above. I was thrilled when Mr. Brouwer from Easysit Hilversum informed me that he wanted to report this as a guarantee to the manufacturer in Norway. Fortunately, the warranty at Stressless is very well arranged and the Easysit service technician replaced the entire chassis (new). I can only say "what a great service". Even if you didn't buy the chair here at Easysit.
