NEWkantoor has delivered a fantastic performance in the upgrade of the multi-tenant office building "FRAME Offices" at Utrechtse Atoomweg (no. 63). Upgrade is too light; it involved a total transformation from an outdated, somewhat bare and introverted building to a modern, luxurious and inviting building with an attractive accommodation, meeting and lounge function and a wonderful open connection with the popular restaurant VINEYARD. As owner, we - QUAN Investors - are very pleased with the result!

After an extensive renovation, the result may be there. Newkantoor, in close collaboration with Frame Offices, has transformed a boring reception area into an attractive, chic and warm lobby. From a space that served purely as a circulation space, it has now become a place where you can work in peace and receive guests.
