We bought a crib here for our first child. Super nice piece of furniture. Unfortunately it was very disappointing we got the crib supplied with a screw turned crazy that came out with no possibility. Agreed with the owner that we were going to try to get the screw out, we got 25 euros back as compensation. Unfortunately, the screw did not come out and several things turned out to be wrong, paint / paint quickly peeled off and the holes were not right under each other. We have indicated that we are not satisfied and want to return the crib and expect our money back. This was not possible because the 2 week reflection time was over and we had damaged the crib ourselves. The owner also claimed that during the telephone conversation she indicated that the bed could be returned. This has never been said by her and has never been an option. So we are very dissatisfied and have a bad feeling about this. This is not what you expect when you buy the first piece of furniture for your first child. Unfortunately!!
