Great service from start to finish. Frequent and clear communication prior to the delivery and installation was very helpful. Even with a large delay in the construction process, everything went smoothly and equipment that couldn't be delivered anymore was upgraded without increasing the price.

Our experiences with Thijs Veenstra are very positive. We entered the store to orient ourselves a bit and were approached by Thijs who persuaded us to put something on paper about our wishes. He came up with ideas that we would never have come up with ourselves. We became more and more enthusiastic and our plans gradually became more realistic. We decided to buy the kitchen. There were some difficulties to be expected due to the limited space. Thijs couldn't make any promises, but he would do his very best for us. In the end he made sure that all our wishes were fulfilled, with an extra corner cupboard. We are pleasantly surprised. For us, Thijs is a great sales person, who was also easily accessible by us to answer our questions. Because the preparations for installing the kitchen went more smoothly than expected, we contacted customer service to ask whether the kitchen could be installed a week earlier. Everything has been done to arrange this for us. In short, we are very satisfied with the Kitchen Champion. The result is great and we could not have imagined everything that was possible.

First and the last time. Begin indicated what we were looking for. That has been mapped out. Then pushed hard to sign because busy busy busy planning for placing and for that price it may not be possible anymore. Because there was no other way, we took the kitchen because of the renovation that was soon to come. And it was a beautiful kitchen, so we took the smooth talk for granted. And suddenly the placement could no longer be added. Measuring was also too much to ask .. after I arranged the measurement myself and handed over everything properly, we received the drawings. Case sizes were wrong. Pipes indicated in the photos were also no longer taken into account. And height measurements of the upper cabinets were also not good. On some drawings you did not see a cupboard on one occasion and on the other you did. Also on arrival of the kitchen. You get a cabinet in the wrong color (more than a month to wait for the right color) and a cabinet in the wrong direction of rotation. Another double cupboard with 2 doors turning in the same direction because supposedly left and right could not. (could have easily been) Measurements of the counter top were wrong. And another cupboard that was to be placed above my refrigerator could not be confirmed. All and all instead of 1 day of work, it became 2 and everything you indicated by telephone was discussed by him again so that he was not to blame. I can go on like this. So never a second time for me and I certainly do not recommend going to Purmerend. PLEASE BE WARNED it saves a lot of hassle for yourself

The first kitchen shop where I feel relaxed as a customer and do not constantly feel I have to watch the fine print. I bought a nice kitchen there. Compliment to Mats!
