We recently visited Nieuw Leven for kitchen advice. Without an appointment, the employee was very willing to speak to us and lead us through the showroom. No coffee with cake but just straightforward advice. Pleasant. On our way out I saw a nice crosscut saw in their hardware store. Bought with some discount. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the saw from the factory. After more than a week (outside the 8-day return service) they took the saw back without problem and I got my money back. Unfortunately, the same saw was no longer in stock. Very happy with the old fashioned service!

These people would do well to follow a customer-friendliness course. Today I spoke to you in a very unfriendly way by telephone. No attempt to inform me correctly and adequately. I only had to send a photo with measurements and look at the site to see what they have to offer. Then I would receive a quote. NO, THANK YOU! I can lose my money everywhere and wish to be informed correctly and with interest. Today you have missed a customer!
