Repeatedly empty soda stream bottles and bad customer service! I twice got empty soda stream bottles in this store: Already after the first time I complained to the Customer Service, which has blamed Soda Stream. The second time it was clearly a mix-up of bottles in the store, because I noticed (unfortunately when I was already home again), that the bottle was no longer original packed/sealed. The Customer Service responded quickly to my complaint and promised to contact me - but I didn't receive any further feedback until contacting them a thrid time after 2,5 month! At that time they offered a gift card as compensation. I just hope that the problem itself will be addressed as well...

Ordered something online and went there to pick up my package. Employees asked me to sign an empty A4 paper as a proof of that i pick it up. Because they didn’t have a template paper for it. I didn’t sign it. And then they said ‘otherwise I couldn’t get it’. I complained to client service and asked to cancel the order, but, they didn’t.. they told me to go there pick it up and cancel it by myself. Omg
