They did the floor with my 60 year old mother. Floor neatly delivered but all their junk they just leave. After reporting this to the company, they will return if not yet to clean it up. There are bins at the door where they can throw everything away. My mother lives on the 3rd floor and cannot lift and move it herself. Floor has become beautiful and neatly laid. They also say that they do not move the furniture, but if you give them € 50 to the man, they do this. So they also want extra money to have their stuff cleaned up, but I think that's part of the deal, so we don't pay them a cent more.
