Amazingly helpful! I ordered a standing desk and decided to assemble it myself, and when it arrived (within a few days!) I couldn't make sense of the instructions at all. I called them and their technical support guy ended up talking us through the whole thing over the phone! Patiently and good-natured, these people helped us even though I had not paid for installation costs. Will definitely order there again if I need anything!!

Terrible service. Still waiting for a refund on a cancelled order. Cancelled as nothing was forthcoming following payment. Hope I get my money back.

No response to your order for more than 2 weeks, no communication to the buyer. Office topper should not assume that you as a customer will automatically be aware of the status of your order, while many other internet companies do. You must call yourself to find out what went wrong and request the status of your order at the back, regardless of the fact that the delivery date was indicated at the time of order, is after 2 weeks and no delivery, this is still back in 2020! Unacceptable!

On April 9 ordered something that was "immediately available". On April 25 received confirmation that this would be delivered on May 13. Then a delay message was received on 8 May: it would take another three weeks. And a day before the new delivery date, another week delay. This is not a company with which you can make agreements, or where you have a good business partner. After threatening with financial claims, they did do their utmost to speed up the delivery.

A while ago, ordered a complete work, stood at 4 weeks for delivery and was neatly within three weeks. Everything looked good and a cloth was taken over everything when the engineer had put everything in place. Top service !!
